Before you sell or move
Getting a house ready to list is really a decluttering job, and that is exactly what I do. I work through your spaces with you, deciding what stays, what moves on, and what gets packed, so the house feels calm, roomy and easy for buyers to picture themselves in.
If you are working with a stager, this is the groundwork that lets them do their best work. If you are not, a decluttered home simply photographs and shows far better. You also arrive at moving day with a lot less to box up, which makes everything after it easier.
Settling into your new home
The boxes are in, and now it all has to find a home. This is my favourite part. I help you unpack with a plan, setting up your kitchen, wardrobes, storage and the everyday spaces so they actually work for how your family lives.
Instead of months of half sorted rooms, you settle in properly in days, and the systems are there to keep it that way.

Every move is different, so I start with a free thirty minute consult to understand your home, your timeline and what you need. From there I send you a simple plan and a fixed quote, so there is no clock running and no surprise invoice.
